This condo is ideal for couples, friends, and families seeking a true vacation!

This private condo sleeps up to four people (two on a queen bed and two on a queen size luxury-hotel quality pull-out sofa bed). We also have a Pack N’Play and two air mattresses for extra guests, if needed and approved with the host. You’ll have access to the free shuttle to the village to enjoy village shopping and restaurants. Can also drive there in two minutes or take a mountainside 25-minute walk to the village. Finally, you will be a short drive to the famous Monterra Golf Course, Scandiave Spa, The Scenic Caves, active night life, outstanding hiking and cycling trails, and Northwinds Beach. If you have a conference in the village, this is the perfect location!

Nothing gives us more joy than providing blissful vacations to our amazing guests.

NB: Once you book the place watch for emails from Cottage Confidence Rentals and follow instructions to sign a rental agreement, as required by the Town of Blue Mountains. We send check-in details and the entry code a few days before you arrive. This property requires a $75 hold on a credit card against damages, just as a hotel holds a credit card at check-in. The hold is taken in advance of your stay and will be released within five days after check-out, assuming there are no damages.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 21 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
