THE SPACE

Primary Suite (ground floor) is an elegant main king master boasting a king-size bed with mattress topper, large flat-screen TV, remote control fan, iPod docking station, and large walk-in closet. The newly renovated en suite bathroom features a vanity unit, corner tub, shower stall, and separate toilet.

A newly renovated half bathroom with vanity and toilet is also on the ground floor along with a full laundry room with a washer, dryer, and ironing board.

The upstairs floor features a split landing area with a balcony overlooking the high arched ceiling entrance hall and family room.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 8 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 8 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
